My current worst watched anime of 2013 were Dansai Bunri, Inu-Hasa, DxD II excluding the dropped animes. Aside from they were boring, they were stupid as well. It made me an idiot for watching them instead of dropping  worst anime i've seen so far is D-Drive, about those Tour de France but the story ended only with 1 race with no exact future, they left me hangin'
Do you mean Over-Drive? Well, they cut it in the most spectacular part and me too, I am disappointed. The part where he won the mountain part was so damn epic, however... he was lame for most of the series... |

Oh, nice dude! But well, Log might be good for me, but it certainly not my top(best) pick... :-p
For worst, I've seen Copellion days ago and it was such a crappy recent anime. It was so stupid, bland, so mundane and idiotic. I thought they will fulfill their post-apoca theme but, WTF... it was so bad, I dropped it at 3rd episode... XD
